RETURNS

Due to the hygienic nature of the mask adapter itself, each return is considered on a case by case basis. Once the adapter is returned, the condition will be accessed, a restocking fee will be applied and any possible refund will be processed depending on it’s returned condition.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
